Welcome to the NEP Timesheet service!


Reminder for All U.S., Non-CA based employees:

An employee’s annual vacation accrual for the upcoming calendar year will be loaded into NEP’s timesheet system each January. When an employee reaches a milestone anniversary (5th and 10th year anniversaries), the new accrual rate is calculated within the month the milestone is achieved. If hired between the 1st and 15th of the month, the new accrual rate will take effect for the entire anniversary month. If hired between the 16th and the end of the month, the new accrual rate is calculated for ½ of the anniversary month and the other ½ is calculated using the previous accrual rate.


Due to NEP’s decision to advance vacation time to an employee before their actual accrual, if the employee terminates his or her employment or is terminated by NEP for any reason, NEP may deduct the amount of time that was advanced and used, by withholding from the employee’s final pay, except when prohibited by state and local law.
